I love the food at the kaffeehaus and have been there multiple times. However, on the last visit I saw one of the kitchen personnel leave the toilet without washing his hands... and he wasn't just using the urinal. This is unexceptable and left me with a disgusted feeling. I might very well not go back there.

I came for a snack and really liked the atmosphere, although there could be more snack options on the menu. The chocolate cake was very tasty and fluffy, and not at all nauseating.

Living in Lisbon for 1+ year now and I missed good german/austrian cuisine and my friends invited me here and I felt like home again. Absolutely delicious food, nice service and for baixa, a very reasonable price. Loved the slight Portuguese touch on the Spätzle and my friends Schnitzel was so good, def going back.

It's a real chill cafe/restaurant. The dishes are really authentic and even the menu is written in German! Great! One thing I have to claim about are the prices of the food. They are ridiculously expensive.

Really want to go back to give the schnitzel a go! Unfortunately the brunch menu was quite limited and the Ziegenkäse Toast sounded toastier on paper than it was out of the toaster. The fact the place is ever so slightly out of the way (like 100 meters from Rua Garrett) means you'll get a fair bit less traffic tho, which is always nice during a worldwide zombie pandemic.

Especially if you're travelling, this is a great place to have a break. Situated in a nice cosy corner away from the busy streets but only minutes walk away, from sites; this was close to where we stayed. I'd highly recommend taking a break here for a nice coffee, cool pints or a smooth g&t.

Great venue for some authentic Austrian food, the restaurant gets very busy which affects the service level - still worth the visit. Just need a pinch of patience.

Great, friendly service and delicious food! Lovely way to spend an evening drinking their range of hot chocolates and coffee while you sit outside and watch people go by.

Went there for tea. The coffee, tea and cakes were good. The upside. It took a long time to get the menu, then it took a long time to get the order and finally we asked for the bill and it didn’t came. We end up to get up and pay directly at the coffee counter. It was not full of people and I saw at least 3 waiters. If you have time to wait please pay a visit since the food was good.
